Exchange & Store Credit Policy

We want you to love every piece from SS Boutiquee! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

We accept returns for *store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached. No cash or card refunds are issued.*

*Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days and can be used on any future purchase at SS Boutiquee.*

*Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability.*

*Final Sale Items: All sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.*

To start a return or exchange, simply log into your account at account.ssboutiquee.com, select your order, and click "Request return."

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
